Pixelmator Playing with Halftone Dot Screen Effect

I still find genuine joy in making things the old fashioned way: by actually pushing pixels around myself. After years of the Adobe subscription life, I decided to finally pull the plug and focus on tools that just feel good to use. For image editing and general creative fun, my go-to is still Pixelmator. I have been using it since they launched back in 2005 (or maybe 2006? It’s all a blur). In this tutorial, I will show you how to create a super fun text effect combining Focus Blur and the Dot Screen Halftone effect. It is simple, it is fast, and best of all, it is 100% human-made.
